Yes — entirely. Every clerk in our network is vetted to the same standard and capable of the same range of tasks. The plan you choose reflects how many hours of support you need each month, nothing more. A Starter client gets the same quality of clerk as a Growth client.

We'll let you know when you're approaching your limit. At that point you can choose to add hours for that month at a prorated rate, or pause until your hours reset. We'll never charge you for overages without your knowledge.

Absolutely. You can move up or down between plans at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We'll keep the same clerk where possible so you don't lose any momentum.

No long-term contracts. We work month to month. We believe the best way to keep clients is to earn it every month — so we don't lock you in. You can cancel anytime with reasonable notice.

Once you submit your brief, we review your needs and working style and match you with a clerk from our vetted network. You'll review their profile before anything starts. If the fit isn't right, we'll find another — no questions asked.
